Lather Lab Privacy Policy

Lather Lab is designed to help you organize your shaving collection without advertising, tracking, or unnecessary data collection.

Data You Add

Lather Lab stores the information you choose to add, such as inventory items, images, favorites, and related collection details.

Local Storage

By default, your data is stored locally on your device.

Optional Google Drive Sync

Lather Lab can optionally connect to your Google account so you can sync and back up your data with Google Drive. If you enable this feature, the app reads and writes your sync data directly to your own Google Drive storage.

Synced data may include:

• Inventory items
• Images
• Favorites
• Combo favorites
• Sync-related deletion records

Settings and device-specific app state are not synced.

To keep your Google Drive connection active, Lather Lab may store authentication tokens locally on your device. These tokens are used only for the optional sync feature.

Sharing and Export

Lather Lab also offers an optional manual export feature that lets you create a backup file and share or save it using the iOS share sheet.

Data Collection

Lather Lab does not sell your data, use advertising trackers, or collect analytics for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

If you use Google Drive sync, Google may process data in accordance with Google’s own terms and privacy policy.

Your Choice

You can use Lather Lab without signing in. Google Drive sync is optional.
